Chris Parsons is an actor who portrayed K-3PO and 4-LOM in Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back when he was 18 years old.

 

In addition, Parsons acted as C-3PO's double and stand-in in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi; however, he was uncredited. Parsons is a close friend of fellow actor Cathy Munro, who portrayed Zuckuss.

He was also considered to fill in as Luke Skywalker's bionic hand, but says his "habit of nail-biting precluded my taking the role. 

 

He attended Empire's official premiere as C-3PO, then did two or three appearances at events for underprivileged children."
